Terms of Service

By using the TOEIC Ready iOS app or the readyday.app website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TOEIC Ready is an iOS app that prepares users for the TOEIC Listening & Reading test. It provides adaptive practice questions, a predicted test-day score, listening audio, and mock tests.

TOEIC is a registered trademark of ETS. TOEIC Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ETS. We do not distribute, reproduce, or claim ownership of official TOEIC test materials.

TOEIC Ready offers subscription plans through Apple's App Store. Pricing is set in your local currency and shown on the in-app paywall before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel through Settings on your iOS device.

If your plan includes a free introductory trial, the trial begins on the date of purchase and ends after the trial duration shown on the paywall. You can cancel at any time during the trial through iOS Settings to avoid being charged.

We commit in writing to refund your subscription if all of the following are true on or before your scheduled test date:

1. You set a target TOEIC score and a test date during onboarding.
2. You completed the recommended practice load (typically four 25-minute sessions per week between subscription start and test date, or the equivalent shown on your in-app plan card).
3. Your in-app predicted score on the day of your test was below your target.
4. You request the refund within fourteen days after your test date by emailing refunds@readyday.app with your account email or user ID.

Refunds are processed through Apple's standard refund flow. Apple decides eligibility under the App Store refund policy; we will support your refund request to Apple in writing when the conditions above are met.

If you take the actual TOEIC test and your reported score is at or above your target, you are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee — the guarantee covers the predicted score, not the actual score.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the app or its API, (b) abuse the API beyond reasonable practice volumes, (c) use the app to harass or harm others, (d) attempt to circumvent subscription billing.

Practice questions, audio recordings, and adaptive-selection logic in TOEIC Ready are original content developed by us or licensed for our use. They are not licensed to you for redistribution. You may use the content for your own personal study but may not screenshot, record, or republish it.

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practicing with the app will produce any specific score outcome on the actual TOEIC test. The refund guarantee above is the exclusive remedy for failure to reach your predicted target.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for subscription fees in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes are surfaced in-app on next launch. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
